I am currently completing my final exams, and as a student I know the struggle of studying and eating at the same time. There are some days where I eat nothing at all, and there are some days where I eat the entire fridge. Today I tried a recipe and I am so excited to share it with you all!
Now… I know it may not sound appealing to teens (or anyone for that matter), but hear me out… they are DELICIOUS!
Things to note;
You can change up the seasonings however you want
You can cook them in the oven, however I have not done that, but I believe they take around 40-50 minutes.
One can of Chickpeas
Two tablespoons of Olive oil
One teaspoon of salt (depending on taste - i always start with about half and then add more in after cooking if needed)
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 garlic clove
½ teaspoon paprika
ONE: Drain and rinse chickpeas - there is NO need to dry them
TWO: Add in your olive oil and spices, and mix together.
THREE: Pop them into your airfryer at 200 degrees celsius for 12-15 minutes. *please keep checking on them as they can burn quite easily*
What you are looking for is a crispy consistency!
